I love my bike, so comfy to ride and can easily tackle hills with a full load. Matt was excellent, no pressure tactics but happy to chat about all the things and answer all my questions. He fitted a baby bike seat I bought elsewhere no problem and delivered the bike to my house. Highly recommend the store.
Went to see what is what regarding electric bikes. Matt’s knowledge and assistance was superb. Within 2 weeks I have my new Amsterdam GT… Brilliant riding and can’t wait to put lots of kms on it. Would recommend Matt and his shop first up to anyone interested in an ebike. Great experience!!
Matt, at Electric Bikes, explained in clear English what the difference was between the two bikes I was looking at. No sales pressure. And he let the test ride do the talking. I was most interested in the Lekker range and he knew all about them. Also, when I emailed him about a couple of things he actually addressed the questions as asked and answered them in depth. I don’t write a lot of reviews but this is one I’m happy to. I haven’t even got the bike yet but I’m confident it will be just what I want.
My wife picked up a Lekker Jordaan GT a month ago and absolutely loves it. She rides to work most days but hates the Freo Doctor on the ride home so the boost has let her enjoy riding again.

I visited Electric Bike Joondalup for the first time today and I had a great experience. Matt was extremely helpful in guiding me through the selection of bikes and accessories, and his product knowledge was excellent. The store has a large range of bikes to choose from, which made finding the perfect one for me easy. It’s also in a great location with plenty of parking out front, which is always handy. They also offer delivery service if you need it, which is really convenient. Overall, I was very impressed with their customer service and after-sales service – they certainly know how to look after their customers!
